I found Dr Luxton to be straightforward and very much down to earth. She listened attentively to questions and answered in simple to understand terms. She was not dismissive of patient concerns however simple and minor they were . A very cheerful lady with ,I guess, a good sense of humour and an ability to put one at ease. Many thanks.
