The doctor listened to me and reassured me. He was thorough and spoke through all the possible options whilst also out ruling the scary options. I felt listened to, I felt understood. I was given clear instructions on why to do next. Options were explained to me.
His tone was caring and calming which is exactly what I needed.
I would love for Dr Koshal to be a GP at my practice.
