He instigated confidence in my request for support over lengthy health issue. Guided me through diagnosis from symptoms and why over counter medicine not helping issue. Just to see it out hopefully within next 10days. If further support in form of 1:1 appt needed then it could be organised speedily.
Current nearly 4 weeks of chest cough could be resolved before further gp input required.
Appreciate his manner and information.
