Dr/Mrs Arora takes the time to listen to what you are saying and explains what the Prescription is about, what the Medication is for, when to take and any side effects which may occur. Very good in repeat check-ups & repeat Prescriptions. Also very understanding of any problems in making appointments, I E via Emails, if you cant use a phone for whatever reasons. Also VERY CARING. Needs to educate reception staff as to Patients quirkiness re appointment booking.
