Dr Porter is the only Doctor I have ever encountered that has explained things to me in detail that I understood. By explaining blood results and about my thyroid condition, she has made me feel alot more comfortable and at ease as I was quite worried. I feel that the care she has given me is fantastic and I have full faith in her as a Doctor.

Dr Porter was extremely compassionate and understanding, I was unsure if I was overreacting as it was an appointment for my 2yo son. She was caring and very sympathetic and made me feel like I was the most important person in surgery that day (which I obviously wasn't) If I could be guaranteed Dr Porter every time visit my surgery I would be extremely happy and satisfied. Thank you!

Good manner, helpful to needs of patient and did not appear to be rushing the consultation. I liked her and found her advice very helpful. I may need to check further when constipation under control as mother still complains of discomfort at times when passing water.
