I felt Dr Porter listened and took interest in what I had to say. The doctor gave me a clear idea of the way forward on how to treat my fathers condition but reassured me that to callback if his condition got any worse. Doctor made me feel I wasn't an inconvenience. My appointment time was between 1pm and 5pm but it would help if the time window wasn't so far apart.
