I went to see the doctor when I had a sudden problem. The Dr Porter listened carefully and prescribed some medicine. We managed to get the appointment because it was an emergency, but usually it is difficult to get an appointment because I have to phone on the morning I need an appointment. By the time I get an answer, very often there are not any appointments left, so this can go on for days. This is not the doctors fault, I think is how the surgery is managed. So I am pleased with Dr. Porter, but not how the surgery is managed now. Used to be good.
