Dr Knee is a breath of fresh air. She shows none of the negative traits of a usual extremely busy doctor. From the first friendly, tactile greeting and throughout the whole consultation she made me feel at ease and thus able to fully explain what I felt to be a complex issue. I didn’t feel rushed and wasn’t interrupted or left feeling like I was taking up too much time or not been clear.
She listened intently asking all the right questions and then gave a detailed description of my ailment and left me fully informed as to what to expect and my treatment options. It’s amazing the difference a friendly, approachable personality can make to your GP visit. I hope I get her again!
