JC has a calm clear way of making you feel reassured. He was very attentive and listens when you want to speak. I never felt rushed or pressured by him. My case was complicated at Whipps in June 2016 and I truly feel he was the only one who made a difference to my care. He listened and had a great bedside manner.
Funny enough this year Feb 2018 I’m seeing him again and it was lovely to meet with him. Once again he explained my scans, prognosis and future treatment very well and has stil got his wonderful smile and calming aura.
