I visited Dr Smallwood with my mother who is her patient.
We both felt that Dr Smallwood listened to us & our individual concerns.
My mother felt reassured by Dr Smallwood & confident in her treatment.
She was sympathetic without being patronising.
My mother was very happy with the consultation.
