This doctor is exceptional. She only works two days a week but people are happy to wait to see her. Her appointments take as long as they take rather than the set time they 'should' take. This often results in delays when you have an appointment but again people are happy to wait.
Dr Horner has been my advocate and has listened and fought for my to recieve a correct diagnosis. She makes me feel at ease and also follows up on what she says she will do.
An exceptional doctor who I feel honoured to be a patient of. Her example should be followed by doctors in both her surgery and others.
