I am sorry to say that Dr Nwufoh has been extremely dismissive in all the consultations I have had with her both about myself and my child. The last telephone consultation I had with her lasted about 45 seconds and she asked me no questions about my symptoms, leaving me worried that she may be missing something serious. On two occasions I have questioned the suggestions she has given as they go against national guidelines and I haven't been comfortable with the lack of explanation of why this is an appropriate treatment. I don't feel like I can have a conversation about the pros and cons of the treatments she has suggested as any attempt to engage in dialogue is shut down. I can see that I am not alone in these concerns and I would urge Dr Nwufoh to reflect on this feedback and consider why patients are not satisfied with her consultations.

I have already detailed my issue with this Dr in my review of the practice. I approached her for help after I had learned that my unborn baby had died and she treated me with callousness and distain. I have been provided no aftercare at all since my pregnancy loss. I cannot understand why this woman is a GP given that she displays no compassion or care for patients

Worst experience with a GP that I've ever had. Completely dismissed my concerns without any explanation, and told me that I wasn't a doctor so didn't know what I was talking about. She seemed annoyed that I was wasting her time and didn't ask me any questions about my general health/other symptoms. I came away feeling quite upset and certainly not reassured in the slightest!

This doctor has been very rude to me and dismissive of me and my only recommendation can be to not visit Dr joy nwufoh she upset me greatly and also went against my regular doctors advice, I have made the mistake of seeing her twice now and I never will again.

I had a "plesure" to be seen by dr. Nwufoh on several ocassions - always very bad exprience. She is always rude and ignoring any symptoms - afer 3 months of continous pain and at least three visits she still insisted that is my imagination - end up on major operation. Stay away. Everyone I know who belongs to Whitehorse Road practice is staying away from her. Thats why all other doctors in the practice are always fully booked but there is never a problem to be booked to see her. Stay away...
