Today I needed help out of hours. Dr. Ellwood called me back as a result of a 111 call. He was very courteous and reassuring and i felt that he was listening to me and hearing what I was saying. He was very efficient with dealing with my issue and issued a prescription for me to pick up locally and text me further information on the condition to help me. Fabulous service.
