With regard to this doctor, I would like to say that the experience of seeing him for the first time was very impressive, he listened and I would not hesitate in seeing him again. However it is the surgery system that I and my family have issues with. We would prefer patient and doctor confidentiality by not having to tell the receptionist our concern. Also prefer the old system of getting a appointment when we phone, and not having to wait 45 mins to see the doctor.
