I met Dr Kwan after my husband had a stroke .
He came across as very friendly and knowledgable .
He has always been very dedicated to helping my husband in anyway he could he listened and made decisions involving us at every step of the way. We are very pleased Dr kwan was there to help and his aftercare also amazing .
I would recommend him to anyone happily they would be very lucky to have him as were we .
