Dr Kwan is incredibly thorough, very attentive to one’s particular needs as a patient and very clear in explaining everything. He is brilliant. He has been treating my 82 years old Mother for years with incredible humans care and skill and other members of the family.
I can proudly say, we are lucky to be looked after by such a gentleman.
