I was under the care of Doctor Kwan after I suffered 2 strokes a couple of years ago.
He helped me get better by being a most kind and patient and compassionate doctor.
His care went above and beyond throughout my rehabilitation, I would not hesitate to recommend him, a truly lovely and caring doctor.
