From the moment Joseph greeted me and introduced himself I felt sure he was conscientious. He assessed me thoroughly and reassured me that my condition needed immediate attention as well as being followed up asap by a specialist. He told me to follow up with my GP to get my condition investigated. I left seeing him with prescribed antibiotics and the reassurance that I must push for further treatment. I was so impressed by the easiness to talk with him, his good bedside manner and patient attitude. Although relatively young he has the demeanour of a caring doctor with many years experience. This made me look him up on the web to say thank you!
