Dr Slade has been my GP for years and was my late parents too .
The care he gave them at end of life on call doing house visits made them feel very comfortable and they enjoyed his down to earth manner and compassion which always made them smile . They knew they were in good hands as my mamma said the best hands they could wish for .
My Dr has always supported me as i am under several consultants he has got to know my conditions greatly and is always up to date and gives me confidence and puts me at ease with his kind caring but highly professional mannerisms . I trust every bit of advice he gives me , I occasionally get myself topsy turvy but Dr S ensures I leave calm and with clear understanding of what he suggests I do , and I feel very very fortunate I am in his care .
