I have been seeing Dr Kingston for a number of years now and have always found him to be understanding and appreciative of the difficulties patients can sometimes meet when trying to achieve their objectives.
He doesn't come across as patronising as some medical professionals can do when they are trying to get you to change your lifestyle choices.
He tells it as it is.
