I was recently seen by Dr Rippin at Northampton General Hospital for my bi-annual diabetes review. This is the second time I have seen Dr Rippin and on both occasions I have been impressed by the service that I receive. He listened carefully to the concerns I have, was non-judgemental and put a plan of action in place which he agreed with me. I didn't feel rushed and I thought Dr Rippin was compassionate in the care that he provided to me as his patient. I have been a Type 1 diabetic for 40 years and Dr Rippin is the first consultant to tell me that I am making positive improvements to my Hba1c results. That's made a big difference to how I feel about attending my diabetes check-ups and I would definitely recommend Dr Rippin's great care to other patients.
