Dr Keating very kindly gave time to myself and my mum after the loss of my brother who had been a patient of his. He was very kind and helpful in describing his illness and the decisions that had been taken regarding his care. He was very good with my brother, straight talking and kind at a time when my brother's illness could make him quite difficult to deal with. I also work with a lot of clients who are under this man's care. I have never heard a bad word about him which says everything really
