Dr Horton has provided exceptional care for me. After experiencing a very severe mental health interruption he has applied to all services on my behalf and supported me in my role as a carer. Anything needed has always been actioned immediately .
Under him my health has stabilized greatly from a position of suicide attempts. Have found him to always be empathetic , non dismissive , uncondescending and positive about any progress made. This built belief and confidence to a place where now it is possible to function and look forward. This is resulting with a return to full time employment.
