Upon entering his office I felt a general lack of interest as to why I was there.
When I explained what had brought me to the surgery he again asked very few questions and showed no empathy. I had to ask all the questions. I feel he would be better suited to working on a production line.

THE DOCTOR WAS POLITE AND LISTENED TO MY PROBLEM, BUT I FELT HE REALLY DID NOT UNDERSTAND MY CONDITION AND I WAS LEFT A BIT DISAPPOINTED BY THIS CONSULTATION. I HAVE SUBSEQUENTLY TRIED TO CONTACT MY SPECIALIST AT THE HOSPITAL, WHICH IN HIND SIGHT, MAY HAVE BEEN THE BETTER ROUTE FOR ME TO GO. THE SURGERY STAFF HAVE ALWAYS BEEN APPROACHABLE AND HELPFUL ON ANY PREVIOUS VISITS AND I BELIEVE THIS CLINIC DOES PERFORM VERY WELL OVERALL.
