I have been to many different surgeries in the past and seen lots of different GPs. Dr Divall is by far the best.

Dr Divall has been my Mother's doctor since he first came to the practice. He listens patiently to her concerns and is always reassuring and supportive. She has never felt rushed and he explains any proposed treatment clearly. Although it is difficult at times to get an appointment over the phone and she often waits beyond her appointment time, she know it's because he gives each and everyone of his patients as much attention as he gives to her. She considers herself lucky to have him as her GP.

Quite often runs behind so you have to wait to see him but he is fantastic when you see him, Dr Divall listens and is very supportive.

Dr Divall always greets you with a smile and never rushes into questions. He listens very carefully and when you are finished asks extra questions if necessary. After he has listened he will update stuff on the computer and also give you any test results. If you ask questions he takes his time to show you results and explain. Our family have known him ever since he joined the practise and he always enquires about our children. He remembers their names (and occupations) as well as mine. He knows us well and has always helped and supported us through some very difficult times including my son's death and daughter's depression. He never rushes, has a great sense of humour and we trust him to look after our health.
