I rate this practice very highly indeed. Dr John Divall is extremely well respected by, not only me, but others I know use this practice too. In my personal view he is a perfect example of what a GP should be. The biggest problem as I see it is probably common to many practices; I can often not get to to him as and when I would wish. There are other good Doctors in this practice, agreed, however, I'm often in a follow up situation and would prefer to see Dr Divall for obvious reasons. Maybe further thought could be given to this but because Dr Divall is so popular, maybe this is why it is often difficult to see him.
