I would just like to say that my appointment with Dr Parsonage was very reassuring and thorough. It was my first experience at Flansham and I was pleasantly surprised because compared to my previous doctor in London, I can only say it was a different place entirely. In London, the receptionists barely look at you and treat you like 2nd class citizens, and the doctors spend all their time looking at a computer screen rather than actually looking, and talking to you like a human being. So yes, it was an unexpected pleasant meeting with Dr Parsonage and I certainly won't be dreading further visits.
