My own advice is to take responsibility for your own health regarding your diet and exercise and mental health. Do your own research,if you don't understand take peer advice from trusted friends/relatives. Come prepared with list of questions,or information from medical publications if like me you may be pursuing non mainstream practices such as intermittent fasting low carb/ketogenic diets and check your lipid profile,blood chemistry to see if it is having a beneficial effect. Don't be frightend to ask for explanations of your potential issues,and if you have questions regarding your results and lab online appears to be lacking the info you have researched the contact the pathologist at St.Richards who may be helpful.
