Dr. Moir is probably one of the rudest person I have come across. As per the previous reviews, she has absolutely no empathy. In short, I complained about the staff and rude receptionist. I was threatened by her to either take my complaint back or face expulsion from the surgery. i as a matter of principle refused to leave the surgery or take back my complaint. Obviously nothing was done about the complaint and I only went to the surgery once where I was met with another doctor who was extremely polite. I recently I got an appointment with Dr Moir. She was extremely rude from the minute I entered the room. She was derogatory in her speech and blaming me as if I had committed a sin by being ill. I can probably fill pages with examples of her arrogant behaviour and to the extent she told me that if I have been sick for 6 months, another 2 weeks wouldnt make much of a difference. i told her she is no one to judge how sick I am without examining. As expected she knew that I would be filing a complaint so before I could do that i got a letter saying I have been thrown from the surgery. She should be giving a course on how to understand patients and talk politely
