Knowledgable yet totally lacking in people skills (ironically)
Dr Morgan comes across as a very cold individual, with little compassion and treats the patients like a number or statistic.
it is very hard to open up and share your troubles with her, as you very much feel like you are being judged.
Patients have regularly been heard saying that she scares them and they are afraid to go in to ward ounds with her.
Bedside manner is crucial in any field, especially in Psychiatry.
