I am being at the Montpelier Surgery for almost 3 years now. One day my usual Dr. was not available, so they refer me to Dr Cramp... it resulted in a disaster. As soon as I went into her office, I felt she will try to get rid of me as soon as she could, and I was right. She didn't listen to me, she patronised me and was a complete careless about my situation. Further than that her attitude was arrogant and without a sense of humanity. Honestly, I am more than happy to get back to my Dr.
I just wonder if it is because I am not English????
"I'll just sit here and look out of the window." Frightful. Fortunately the Diabetes Consultant at the RSCH listened, looked, and got things sorted, just in time.
A right little bruiser - stay away!
I feel Doctor Cramp has gone above & beyond when dealing with my care. Not only has she given me practical information & advice, but has also given me a huge sense of reassurance and really positively affected my psychological wellbeing (something I didn't realise I needed until afterwards when I suddenly felt much better!) I would wholeheartedly recommend and would like to thank her for going the extra mile, genuinely caring and giving me the time that made a huge impact on my health and wellbeing. Thanks!
Dr Cramp is the best doctor I have ever seen, she is compassionate, understanding, proffessional, and above all a really nice funny person. Its so refreshing to see a doctor who can have a conversation and be a real person as supposed to the many doctors I have seen that are formal and disinterested. I recently moved out of the catchment area but was able to stay with Dr Cramp by request, I wouldn't want to see any other doctor as she has been so great at getting me the right care and medicine.
