I was recommended Dr. Jeremy Stirling via Independent Psychiatry to discuss a potential diagnosis of Emotional Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD). He made me feel comfortable and listened to throughout the whole session to talk through my previous experiences and symptoms. We discussed the 'Window of Tolerance' theory which was an insightful way to understand my reactions and strategies to go ahead with ongoing mental health care. Would highly recommend as a recommended medical practitioner.

I was very unwell when I had my first brainspotting therapy with Jeremy after 7 sessions and other medical input I could see a future. Many people have never heard of brainspotting therapy I thank God I did

I am a patient of his and find him very approachable.you tend to think oh here's a wee man I can pull the wool over his eyes for more drugs, but you.really can't.just be honest with yourself and him, you,'ll get to where your going a lot faster.he's at least truthful.TCG.

Dr Stirling is my Psychiatrist whom I met through an addiction to drugs, I had previously only ever been given methadone and left to try and deal with a lot of issues on my own. Dr Stirling was not like this, for my first time in over 20years someone actually wanted to find out why I had problems in the first place and to begin with' he picked up on that my mental state of mind wasn't right(something which I always suspected) and medicated me with appropriate medication instead of more drugs to which I could easily become dependant on, he picked up on a condition I had underlying which he explained to me in a way I would understand. I have since stopped taking all illegal drugs including cannabis and I don't drink either! I have reduced my methadone from the 140mls I had been on for close to 10yrs to just 50mls and I am continuing to decrease so I can start to deal with the underlying problems I have. I am very happy to have came into contact with Dr Stirling as I am doing really well(although I do need to address some serious issues I have mentally) but I am confident that I am in the right hands for the first time in over 20yrs of searching for help! Thank you Dr Stirling and I hope to meet up in the near future. Mr Jack Moir
