I saw Dr Raphael today (7/11/14). He came to the waiting area to summon me (which I find preferable to being called over the loudspeaker).
As always, he was welcoming, listened carefully, to my 'problem', investigated promptly and sensitively, explained his findings and recommended a course of action to me. He also enquired on the progress of a matter which he had previously investigated and pursued for me.
I am thankful that Dr Raphael is my GP and am happy most highly to recommend him.
