Always a kind, caring person who exudes professional competence , although never in a " I know it all " manner. Dr Raphael has always responded promptly to telephone or email requests & somehow usually manages to run more or less on time in the surgery . He is also my elderly parents GP , has made home visits in emergencies & responded very quickly & caringly when they have needed him. Dr Raphael is a relatively new partner at Park Surgery & is one of the best appointments they've ever made !
