Unfortunately I have found Dr Mellins to be rude, uncaring and and lacking in compassion. On the two occasions I have needed to be seen by him, one face to face and the other via online I have found it hard to tell him what I need to say. He was very impatient with me and came across as not particularly caring. I will avoid him in future and give a preference to another GP at the surgery.

Dr Jeremy Mellins is probably the best doctor that I have ever had. He is human, sympathetic, genuinely interested in what you have to say, kind and professional, without making you feel small or stupid. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he gives you time in his surgery, even though he is probably running late with many more patients to see. Dr Mellins makes you feel as though you are his only patient. Boundary House is richer for having him and our family are lucky and blessed to have him as our doctor. A truly unique individual.

This is the first time seeing Dr Mellins, instantly felt at ease, he not only listened but gave good advise very good interpersonal skills whilst remaining professional. It has been quite some time in my personal opinion that I have come across a Doctor like this and one wonders why there are not more like him. Many thanks Jayne Morgan on behalf of our family.

An outstanding Doctor, always has time for you and listens, He has helped me through a very concerning time when a minor op became infected and required long term treatment by the nurses at the practice, Dr Mellins and the nurses at this surgery are outstanding and a credit to the NHS service, A Very big thank you
