After having suffered with various pains since January 2022 and having undergone numerous scans, blood tests via my GP’s surgery (who I must add have absolutely fantastic). I was finally referred to the NHS waiting list for a rheumatologist appointment. After making enquiries as to how long the waiting list would be I was told 9 months, which I was not prepared wait for. I got in touch with SPIRE Cardiff who gave me an appointment within a fortnight. At long, long last I was given a diagnosis and a suggestion of medication that hopefully will help me. I cannot thank Dr Camilleri enough for his time, patience and understanding.
