I always feel listened to and find Dr Rattan's approach very understanding and helpful. I never feel that I have to rush and like the way I am included in treatment decisions.

Dr Rattan is a wonderful doctor. She always listens carefully to what I say. She shows a lot of compassion. She phoned me once when I ended up at the out of hours doctor twice in a weekend. She always gives me her full attention and I never feel as though I am being rushed, even though I am sure she has lots of other patients to see. She is very professional. Having listened to what I have said she always knows the best course of treatment. I know that she always wants the very best outcome for me. Dr Rattan is also brilliant with my little boy. I am very pleased to have Dr Rattan as my GP, I know that I can completely trust her.

Dr Rattan is one of the best Doctors that my husband and I have had and I am 69 and my husband is 76 so we have had many! Her manner is totally professional, but she still manages to treat us with warmth and caring and we trust her ability to diagnose and treat us appropriately. We hope she stays at Park Surgery for many years as she is a great asset.
