I can't recommend Dr Rattan highly enough. She always makes me feel that she has time for me. She always listens to what you have to say. She is very good at explaining my treatment. She has given me hope, that one day I will come out of my illness. What more can I ask for?

I would like to make a point. I recently had two Epley Manoevres for BPPV at a chiropractor locally, at some cost, then found subsequently that Dr. Rattan my doctor specialises in ENT and does the above. It would have been nice to know that Dr. Rattan does this as I was completely unaware, until I told her. She mentioned that it would be noted, so that others will know, in the future. I would have much rather have gone to her in the first instance as I trust her so much, not just because of the charge.

Dr Rattan is a lovely, charming doctor. She is very competent and knowledgeable and is always very thorough in her examinations. My 7 year old son saw her recently and she was brilliant with him, involving him in the appointment and talking to him about what she was going to do to help his symptoms. Alongside her medical knowledge Dr Rattan's bedside manner is wonderful. She is very kind, caring and sympathetic. She listenscarefully and gives you her full attention. You never feel rushed even though she has many patients to see. She has a wonderful ability to put you at ease and is very approachable. We often have to wait several weeks for an appointment with Dr Rattan but if symptoms are not urgent I would much rather wait to have an appointment with her. She is an asset to Park Surgery. We moved from another surgery in Horsham a few years ago and a friend recommended asking to be registered with Dr Rattan and I can see why. We could not wish for a better GP, they don't come any better.
