Dr Rattan brings new meaning to Patient Care - she is a total credit to her profession in every way.
Not only is Dr Rattan caring, kind and considerate - she is intuitively smart in getting to the heart of a patient's problem.
It's a joy to be able to give a 101pc rating to this most charming and efficient doctor.
