Wanted to write a big thank you to Jane who was outstanding when I visited Brighton hospital today. I was in a lot of pain and very anxious about any treatment I might have to go through. Jane was friendly cheerful and put my at ease in such a way that I was able to tolerate the pain with just her cheery positive attitude. She really is a credit to the NHS and I hope if I ever have to go through anything like having a painful cyst removed again,she would be the person I see. Thank you again Caroline Brighton
