Never ever calls on phone appointments. Appointment today for my father was 11:20am. Rang is secretary 12 times and promised he would call but never did. This was for the results of scan on my fathers lungs to see how long he had to live. Disgusted with this doctor and Leicester royal oncology. It’s a shambles the whole department
