I have been a patient of Dr Austera's since I first registered with the practice many years ago and have never had a better GP. As someone who suffers with longstanding health issues (both physical and mental) and as someone who has required significant amounts of medical attention over the years, I am always immensely grateful for how I am received, treated and taken seriously by him. Dr Austera is not only empathetic, consistently attentive to my needs, and always immensely supportive, he is also thorough, clear and fundamentally knowledgeable in a way which I appreciate beyond words. I cannot recommend him more highly as a general practitioner and am sincerely grateful for the outstanding care I have received from him over the years. Thank you!
