Dr Traynor is so down to earth ,fantastic communicator with a real concern for his patients wellbeing he carried out my assessment to be possible living kidney transplant donor for my son. I received results before my GP unfortunatley it was not a viable option he contacted me to inform me and asked if I would like to see him at his office when I declined this very kind gesture he told me I could contact his secretaries at any time. I was very upset at not being able to donate to my son but Jamie as he prefers to be called concern at my distress was so helpful in accepting this was not to be. I believe he has moved on from Monklands to the Queen Elizabeth university hospital. Any patient or family carer can trust him implicity.
