Dr James Howarth is a very plesaent and competant Dr. He listens and takes note of what one says and acts speedily and accordingley. When he speaks to you, unlike most Drs he looks at you and does not type away on his keyboard. I would have no problems in recommending him, and indeed I have done so. I consider him to be a very good Dr
