You never have to wait for an appointment at this surgery. You can book online if you want an appointment for the following week, sometimes even the next day if you get in early enough. The receptionists are always polite, they are NEVER rude and unhelpful as so many gp receptionists are. I can only put this down to a superlative gp team and surgery manager. The GPs all listen to you and give good advice and help. Dr. James Booth is the GP I see most often and is kind, helpful, listens and more importantly remembers. I can't recommend this surgery highly enough.
