HE HAS EXCELLENT ALL ROUND KNOWLEDGE
HE IS ALWAYS VERY POLITE AND WARM
THE VERY NEGATIVE REVIEW SHOULD NOT BE BELIEVED
IT IS CLEARLY WRITTEN BY SOMEBODY WITH A GRUDGE
