I Have visited the Heston health centre on a number of occasions over the past few years and have never had a permanent GP who I would see or who would know any of my symptoms, For the past 6 months or so I have seen Dr Ivor Singh about any issues I am having and have always found him to be very polite, well spoken and easy to understand as he is always willing to go the extra mile for his patients which a lot of GP's do not have the time to do.
Dr Ivor Singh has been my gp for 3 years. He has always been supportive and listens to my needs. His kind and gentle manner is always noted in my mind I always leave his surgery knowing I am getting the best care , he is such a kind natured gentleman. I hope he will be my doctor for Avery long time. He is a credit to the surgery. Green room and Heston are very lucky to have him on their team
ive seen dr Singh a few times now and each time he has been very helpful and caring.
He listens to what you have to say and try's his best to help.
I would definitely recommend dr Singh.
Thank you
Best GP we have had. Knows what he is talking about and very respectful. We need more GPs like him.
Dr Singh is reasonably new (8-9 months, I believe) to our local practice. My husband and I are aged 83 and 80 respectively, and have an assortment of the usual conditions between us. Getting a new GP can be difficult in that they don't know your history, so you have to start from scratch establishing a relationship. But Dr Singh has been a revelation to both of us, in that - right from the start - he smiled, listened, showed interest and courtesy, did not hurry the appointment (although they are only allowed 10 mins per person),took in all our explanations and offered advice, treatment and prescriptions willingly. Just one example: I have suffered from dull osteo-arthritic pain for at least 20 years (mostly in the knees) with the occasional excruciating spasm which puts me on a stick for a day or so. Over the years, most doctors just said "Oh, it's a degenerative thing, comes with age, not much you can do about it, take Paracetamol" etc. But Dr Singh suggested an injection (which I didn't even know existed) after one of my bad spasms, while pointing out that one shouldn't have more than 3 of these a year, but that they helped many people with OA. This was tremendously cheering to hear, and the injection did help me a lot. My husband (83) has recently been through a bad spell, with a hernia op, respiratory infection which hospitalised him for 2 days, severe streptococcal infection of the facial skin and cauterisation of the nose due to excessive nosebleeds. Throughout all these, Dr Singh kept in touch with us and helped to facilitate appointments and treatments promptly. We really cannot believe our luck in getting such an efficient and caring GP, and dread him moving on to another job, as he is - without doubt - the best GP we have ever had or could hope for. In fact, he is so good that one hesitates to tell everyone else in this good review, as all the patients will start asking to see him, and he won't have any time for us!
