After trying to obtain a medication review fom the Heston Practice for two years Dr Singh took it upon himself to sort things out with the shockingly lax staff at the surgery and Hammersmith Hospital. Not only was he able to break the logjam but he was reassuring, genuinely concerned for my well being and patient in explaining what steps he was taking to remedy the faults and alleviate my situation. Not his fault but it should not have taken two years and many visits, emails and calls to effect a remedy. A very good doctor and a kind man.
