Doctor Ramracheya asks and listens to all the problems being faced by the patient. He does an analysis of what might be linked to the health problem being treated or what may be normal benign health issues.
He prescribes medicines only when strictly required.
He keeps a record of patient's data in his laptop to ensure proper follow up.

Improvement:
Although general information is provided on the pros and cons of alternative treatment possibilities, patients do not know sometimes what is the best course of treatment. Maybe based on his experience in the field and exposure with other patients' cases and after effects of alternative treatment possibilities, he could discuss statistically how other patients manage similar health condition and provide his recommendation based on a patient's case and profile.
