She is a very pleasant woman, and despite not having seen her for seven years she remembered the details of my previous visit. Her diagnosis of my problem was thorough and very reassuring. I was impressed that she went to the trouble to give me a form to get an x-ray at the Royal to confirm there was no more serious underlying condition. Just understanding what was wrong and taking the prescribed medication has led to an almost instant relief from both the pain and anxiety.
